This program is a must for any horse rider, experienced or just learning. This horse riding exercise program trains the rider not the horse. You WILL learn HOW TO ride any horse.

By following this horse riding exercise program you will learn all the skills you need to ride any horse. I will train you not your horse. A rider uses all of their postural muscles to maintain the tall upright posture required in the saddle. You will learn the anatomy of the muscles required for riding and then I will teach you how to test and train them. Not only will this program teach you about your posture, you will achieve good posture on and off the horse. You will stay firm and strong without bouncing at the trot and stay balanced in the canter. You will obtain that sought after deep independent seat, riders so want.

By following Pilates and core stability routines you will strengthen all your deep, not so well known riding muscles.
