I have created a horse rider exercise program to teach and enhance every riders riding skills. I will train you not your horse. You will learn about core stability, the essential muscle group for riders. You will learn how to train this group of muscles and then how to apply this new skill in the saddle. I will teach you the muscle control you need to perform at the top levels of competition. Many riders are held back from achieving their dream because they lack the muscle control required. You will learn about the specific muscles needed for riding. You will find and tone your deep abdominal muscles, needed for the perfect posture. You will learn to isolate and control muscle groups allowing you to apply the most efficient aids. Once you have learned to control these groups, on the physio ball you will learn to coordinate them as a rider, to give you rhythm in the saddle. You will learn to stretch appropriately and target the specific muscles and joints that become stiff from riding. With greater joint flexibility you will ride in rhythm with your horse and relieve his back pain, too.
You will set goals that are specific to you as a rider and you WILL achieve them.
